\"Pagurus acadianus,\" Marine Life of the North Atlantic, Canada to Cape May. Andrew J. Martinez. The first pair of legs have pincers with an orange stripe down the middle. Legs are red-orange to brown, white at the base. First pair of eye stalks and antennae are blue, eyes yellow. Pagurus longicarpus is similar, but lacks the hair on the legs that P. acadianus has. Arctic to Chesapeake Bay.
